About Rick
I help men in their 40s and 50s get strong in their bodies and calm in their minds, because I know what it's like to feel broken and still choose to rebuild.
From rock bottom to rebuilding
I'm not a perfect man and I don't pretend to be. I've battled addiction, spent time in prison, and had to start over more than once. I know what it feels like to carry shame, regret, and a body that doesn't match who you want to be.
Over time – through faith, discipline, and a lot of reps in the gym and in life – I rebuilt my health, my mindset, and my future. Today, in my mid-50s, I'm stronger, clearer, and more grounded than I was in my 20s.
My mission is to walk with men who feel like they've wasted too much time. It's not too late. Your story does not have to end in regret.
